User Reviews for Dukaan
To start with, for the first time I was not able to log in after purchasing a Saas on appsumo. I did not get an OTP to log in. 1 star is for the support team. 2 stars are for the speed and simplicity. I raised a query and they got back to me quickly with a solution to login into my account but again after 12 hours I am unable to login into my account. They said they are resolving the issue.
Based on the limited testing I have done:
1. The themes they offer are very limited. The premium themes have to be bought for an extra cost which is still fine.
2. The dashboard is very quick and responsive. Thumbs up for that.
3. No page builder which makes it very basic. I think even the background colors on the pages cant be changed.
4. Could not change the domain name since when I clicked on Store settings, it logged me out. There seem to be some bugs that I hope the Dukaan team will resolve at the earliest.
5. As mentioned in some of the comments below, I agree, more flexibility will be helpful in the products section.
6. Also, I did not find a way to customize your dashboard. If someone is buying Agency Tier 3, they would expect the dashboard to be customizable. Don’t know if a customizable dashboard exists.
7. No Pabbly integration.
Other than that, Dukaan looks promising.
Very difficult to express but somehow Dukaan seems to be very simple and easy yet rigid with its offering at the same time. I was thinking of buying Tier 3 but somehow I am even thinking of returning my Tier 1 purchase.

Let me preface this by saying that the product is simple and easy to use and the support has been wonderful so far – very timely, friendly and helpful.
I’m giving this 4 tacos, not 5, because of a few key things I have noticed when using the system.
1) The basic templates are…basic. It does appear as though they’re offering their two Pro templates at the moment for no additional cost. They’re definitely better, but…
2) You’re largely locked into what they dictate. You can change some things like the content of the Sections, the font and palette, but you don’t really have much more freedom than that. Some flexibility, so I won’t go as far as to say it’s extremely rigid, but there are areas where it’s definitely rigid like…
3) Variants. Here you can really only apply one type of label. You can’t drill much deeper than that and I would have liked if as you selected variants on the front-end, the product images changed to match the selected variant. If I want to see a Large, Blue shirt and you uploaded an image of that, then I would like to see the Large, Blue shirt, not the Medium, Orange shirt by default.
4) I would like to see more print-on-demand options like Printful or Printify. Shippo is nice, but it’s still limited in use cases.
5) This one is in the works, so that’s why I’m giving 4 tacos, not less, but there’s effectively no way to manage digital products at the moment other than manually, an oversight that also plagued WiziShop (until they added it). I really enjoy Sellix’s digital product capabilities and while I think Dukaan is clean and provides a near-Shopify experience, I’m hesitant to get my hopes up too much for their solution, because I would hate for it to be limited or rigid like some of their other features.
I think overall though it’s a solid product and a solid deal. I hope this deal isn’t *too* generous to the point of failure, but for Sumolings it seems like a no-brainer and if their Support response is any indication of their development, I imagine they will be listening closely and implementing features that make sense for customers.
You are going to have a hard time getting something similar ever again with these limits, so I would count your blessings and bite as much off as you can chew. Yes there are other options currently offered, but if you’re into selling physical items, I think this is going to be a quick and easy way to establish a store.
I’m also not sure if this is a direction they would like to go, but considering the ease of use and the upcoming digital products, it would be nice if they could even go as far as food orders…I know that’s a completely different vertical in some cases, but I could see this team knocking it out of the park with a simple, intuitive site for a local restaurant or food truck that really just needs a digital menu online with a QR code linking to it for convenience. In no way does that influence my rating, everything else above does.

Over the past month or so there´s been several e-commerce solutions selling here in Appsumo, and I have bought a couple of them, which I may even keep too.
Dukaan has a very strong reputation already, with thousands of top 5 star reviews in the app store already, that in itself brings a sense of credibility that other newcomers cannot match.
I am just starting and what I see is truly great. The UI is super easy to work with, it has absolutely everything needed to run a store online and the plugins (which is something that continues to grow too) extend the core functionality to achieve supreme results.
Languages for example, both on the front and back-end, are coming, and this is something that I can´t wait to use.
The customers area is just like a fully integrated CRM too, and I am just now beginning to realize how much I have already spent on other CRM solutions in the past, I won´t need them. Dukaan takes care of the full experience both for store owners and for shoppers.
The referral affiliate program for store owners is also included in the roadmap and I´m told it will be ready toward Q3 this year, which will be another powerful feature to monetize the store.

One of the best deals I have purchased really liked the passion and effort of the team to change the small business . They have successfully built an ecosystem of e-Commerce am still looking forward to seeing more customization of themes or layouts like Divi for local niches such as restaurants, furniture, organic products, health care, and other local business niches. I own a Shopify shop and with them for years now. I love Shopify. They are proprietary (liquid language, hosted on macs, supporting all kinds of 3rd party code, fast).
BUT this is something very amazing here!
Dukaan at this time about 80% battle ready, but the numbers are adding up.
I’ve never seen roadmap ideas going up this fast, and updates are rolling out.
Tier 3, the unlimited store version is mind-blowing and after looking into their business they can support it.
The stores are fast, easy to deploy, customer service is responsive.
I’ve added many things to the roadmap to implement.
Huge investment opportunity here. They are already in 22 datacenters around the world and have hundreds of developers coding day and night. Every 2 minutes somebody opens a shop. Leaders are self-made and battle tested rainmakers.
They will take over the world. Get this deal till you can.
Half of the updates will roll out, this investment cost will go to 0 compared to Shopify with only 1 shop in less than a year.
Being able to open shops all over the world for free and paying only payment processor fee till crypto (I’ve added it to the roadmap), is next level.
