This application has some good ideas behind it, but it needs a LOT of work.
SocialNowa is confusing, overwhelming, and difficult to figure out. I spent 4 hours going through their video tutorials, and I’m still not sure of the benefit of many of the tools. It took me a while to even figure out what the biggest tool is, which is being able to broadcast to all your Facebook and Instagram chat subscribers at once.
In short, anyone who has ever communicated with you on these platforms has created a record of a conversation with you. You can import these records into SocialNowa and then use their platform to send everyone a message at the same time. That’s cool, but it’s buried underneath a ton of other stuff that has no explanation behind it. It’s also complicated to even broadcast such a message, with warnings and a multitude of options that make me not want to do it.
The other big tool here is auto-responders. When people message you for the first time or leave a comment on a post, you can set up an auto-responder with a specific message or list of possible messages. This seems like it has potential, but Facebook pages already has this feature built in for a new message, so I’m not sure how this is better than that. Maybe if I set up multiple auto-responders on top of one another? But the tutorials and guides don’t explain how to do this.
The grammar and logic on the site is poor and frustrating. You can see the same grammar in the description of this app on AppSumo. When a sales pitch has poor grammar, you’re able to understand the basic intent, but when it comes to detailed instructions of what something is, how to use it, and how it can benefit you, grammar matters! I’m a published author and can understand multiple languages, but I’m still struggling to understand how to use the tools on this site, what they’re for, and their benefits.
The UI is a bit difficult to use, with light grey text on a white background, too much information, and repeat links. Thankfully, the structure and menus are consistent from page to page.
Overall, I’m confused as to why this app has so many glowing 5-Star reviews. The only explanation I can conceive of is that the reviews are incentivized (which they are!), and the reviewers are receiving an upgrade to a higher tier in exchange.
Granted, I’ve only spent 4 hours with it, but my experience has not been a positive one. There is huge potential for this app, but it needs a lot more refinement in multiple areas.

What I like most about SocialNowa is its reliability, dependable integration, and robust reporting. There are great features like visual flow builder, bot templates, and subscriber broadcasting that are very helpful to me especially the subscriber broadcasting since I can easily create a 24h structured message broadcast to messenger bot subscribers. I can also use SocialNowa for Facebook and Instagram posting, so no need for me to pull up different apps just to schedule a post. As I said, features are great and though I haven’t tested them all yet, I still found SocialNowa as a good purchase. I’ll definitely recommend it.

I have been dreaming to have my own chatbot for years and with SocialNowa now I can. It took me a while to figured out how to set up the bot, but it is working very well. I can finally show to visitors what I’d like to promote first at the beginning of the chat session – Welcome them, introduce and show the buttons with external links, answer common questions and collect potential leads! I can’t wait to set up the bot to my website.
I also like IG hashtag search tool. It gives nice advantage, so I can interact with most popular posts.
Cons: Lack of tutorials and quite incomplete user manual for all extremely useful tools. I am first time chatbot user and I couldn’t manage how visual flow builder works so far.
We definitely need more tutorials and user cases because I’d love to use SocialNowa on its max.

Since I don’t have a lot of money, I am simply looking for a chatbot product that can help me answer basic questions when customers visit my fan page. So I bought the SocialNowa Chatbot product when I found it too cheap and had the word “Chatbot” in the name.
But when I bought the product for research, I was surprised because of the many great features that SocialNowa Chatbot brings.
Not only helps me manage the client list “SocialNowa Chatbot” also helps me coordinate activities through “Visual Flow Builder”, sending messages to bulk customers with “Broadcasting”. Generally works like CRM on facebook that other products are retailing for over 69 USD.
And there are many “Bot Templates” available that I can use right away and don’t have to spend a lot of time tinkering with it.
I’m planning to buy an E-commerce store product so I can sell easily on Facebook and I came across a SocialNow Chatbot that also has the function to create an “E-commerce store”, which is awesome. Similar products alone, you can see that they are also being sold for 199 USD.
In addition, there are “Search Tools” and “Interest Explorer” tools that help me improve the visibility of my store on Facebook. There are also many of these products that are sold separately for over 99 USD.
Just looking to buy the “Chatbot” function at a cheap and reasonable price, I was also provided with so many other great tools in the “SocialNowa Chatbot” product.
I think “SocialNowa Chatbot” should have a different name. For example, “Automation Facebook Business Sofware”, to match the functions that the product brings.
And the price should also be adjusted higher, around 199 USD to better suit the great features of the product.
Sorry for talking too much, because I’m super excited about getting a great product at a great price.

This tool can replace a couple of other tools.
* Plan your social media posts
* Cross-post on different networks
* Chatbot for fast replies and automation
* … and lot more which I don’t plan to use at the moment but can become useful later.
Some cons:
I think parts of the UI/UX could be improved on. E.g., when accounts were imported, but no page is bot-activated it can’t do the messenger-related functionality – which makes sense. But when you try to use that it only shows you an empty list to select the “page” from.
Overall I feel like it’s an extremely powerful tool and I only scratch the surface with my usage.
Support is super helpful, I had some issue with the activation and they helped me out quickly.
