Task and Ticket and Portal engine!
Let me first say that I am just getting my feet wet, but the experience thus far has me very excited for what this team is up to… and have you seen the roadmap yet?
The support team via Tawk chat is up to now busy but very effective – they are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. They use screen grabs to help you find things and even helped me setup forms in a basic test which even suggested best practices on how to embed the portal or make a link/button instead.

So if you are a smaller team you can just have the 1 project and keep everything unified.
Kind of like workspaces.

Every team member you invite to your organization account will be added to this main project, as well. You can use this project for announcements and tasks related to the whole company. Small teams do not need to create another project other than the main project. Main project includes all projects, so if you want to see all tasks in the organization, use the main project.

I have not seen anything like this before and so far it works really well as it helps shape how I should approach getting teams and departments and groups and external collaborators into the mix. There is no limit either – just number of users as in people in your direct team. As I understand it, external collaborators are not counted against your user pool. That to me will be very powerful as we rely on team players that are not on the team but vendor-partners. (If they have Approval process tech brought into this for Sumo-lings, just imagine apps like Pipefy in your Task and Portal software! Who has done that before?! 🙂 More about Approvals? Well, I am excited to see a potential approval systems already in the Ideas / suggestions section to get feedback of the potential reality in the future – which would be kind of like how other big process management apps handle Procurement Approvals.
But they already have a lot going on but that to me would be phenomenal in such an environment ecosystem as Cubicl. That kind of software is so helpful when stakeholders on Projects and Accept (Approve) or Reject with Note a task or Process. If the team can tackle that, and even have Workflow Maps (think BPMn diagraming) then Task Management can be made most effective – who does not like maps for Tasks and Processes?
I am new to such tech but do hope to implement it to my GHL account.
I look forward to getting some integrations but for now I have enough to keep me busy. I always knew I needed a Portal. This one I think is a keeper if what I think can happen is brought to a reality. We shall see if this Cubicl can stand the test of time. I for one am in it for the long-haul.
